My Name is Mark.  

I have been an emergency service worker for 17 years.  In 2022,  I was diagnosed with PTSD after suffering a breakdown.

After months of medication and counselling, I still struggled to find a way to get back to the old me. 

After a visit to a rehabilitation centre I found a love for essential oils and their benefits. 

From here I looked at purchasing an incense oil diffuser.  I'd spend days exploring the different items on sale...then realised that I should just try and make one. 

I've always been a keen DIYer so went about crafting myself a burner, whilst making this I shared images of my crafting with friends and family.

The positive comments and support from them really helped me turn a corner. My mindset literally changed overnight.

This was it the journey had begun, instead of waking from nightmares and flashbacks, I'd wake during the night, this time with excitement about what I could craft.

My mind has just been blown away, the statisfaction that I feel from taking a piece of wood or copper and turning it into bespoke gifts for people has given me a new lease of life. 

Since this time I have created a variety of bespoke crafts and completed commissions for friends and family.

My family and I are now on a new journey, one where we have come together and work as a team to help us build a business which we can all be involved in.
